Cyber is an Ethereum layer 2 built for social applications. It uses addresses starting 0x and gas is paid in ETH.
CYBER is a token on the network but it is not what you pay fees with, which some chain listings get wrong.
The import quirk here is that accounts are smart accounts by design, so the address holding your assets may not be the one your key produces.
What you get out of the box
Pick your import method.
On Cyber
- Open your wallet or the app you use and copy the address it shows. It starts with 0x.
- If an address you derived from a key shows nothing, it is probably the signer rather than the account. Use the one the app displays.
On Kryptos
- Go to Kryptos.io and sign up with your Google account.
- From the menu, click Integrations.
- Click Add Integration and search for Cyber.
- Click the Cyber icon, then choose Import using Address.
- Give the wallet a name, paste your address, and click Import Your Transactions.
Good to know
- Gas is paid in ETH, not CYBER.
- Apps often pay your fees, so transactions can cost you nothing.
- There is almost no lending or trading on this chain. The activity is social apps and collectibles.
A social chain, not a lending one
It is worth setting expectations before you go hunting for positions that do not exist.
Across every application on Cyber, the total value locked is a few thousand dollars. Not million. There is one small exchange with a couple of thousand in it and essentially nothing else. If you are looking for lending balances or liquidity positions to reconcile, you almost certainly do not have any here.
That is not a failing, it is what the chain is for. Cyber was built for social applications, so the activity is posts, follows, subscriptions, tips and collectibles. Those generate a great many small transactions and very little locked value, which is the opposite profile of a lending chain.
For your report it means the work is in receipts rather than positions. Tips and rewards received through apps are income at the value on the day, and there can be a lot of them. Finding the account an app created
Signing into a social app can create an account for you whose address is not the one your key would produce. Your assets are at the app's address.
Accounting for fees somebody else paid
Sponsored transactions cost you nothing, so there is no fee to add to what your assets cost you.
Reading one transaction that did several things
Accounts here can bundle actions, so a single record may contain more than one event.

Gas is an ETH disposal, where you pay it at all
Fees come out of ETH rather than CYBER. Where an app sponsors the fee, nothing left your balance and there is nothing to deduct.
One record can hold several events
Bundled transactions mean a single entry may contain an approval, a transfer and a swap. Each needs treating on its own merits.
Tips and app rewards are income
Amounts received through social apps are receipts at the value on the day, however small and however frequent.
Moving CYBER between chains burns and remints it
CYBER exists on several networks and moves by being destroyed on one and recreated on another. That is a transfer of your own token, not a sale and a purchase.
Read-only by design.
- Kryptos only ever needs your public wallet address
- A public address is read-only. It can't move or spend anything
- We never ask for your recovery phrase or private key
- Remove a wallet whenever you like, and its data goes with it
If something doesn't sync.
You may have the signer rather than the account. Copy the address the app or wallet interface displays.
Apps on Cyber often pay gas for their users, so nothing came out of your balance.
There is very little lending or trading on this chain. If you used Cyber, it was almost certainly for social apps rather than for yield.
