1inch

1inch Wallet is a self-custody wallet from the 1inch team. One recovery phrase holds your assets across Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Polygon, BNB Chain, Optimism and the other networks 1inch supports, with its swap tool built into the app.

Add the wallet to Kryptos and it reads every network your wallet holds assets on, then builds the full history: transfers, trades, fees and staking.

If you also trade through 1inch from other wallets, you don't need a second connection for those. Trades made through 1inch are recognised from whichever wallet you made them with, so adding your MetaMask or hardware wallet brings that activity along too.

What you get out of the box

Balances across every network your 1inch Wallet holds
Trades you made through 1inch, from any wallet you've added
Standard trades, limit orders, and fee-free Fusion orders
1INCH locking, and the rewards that come back
Fees matched to the trade that incurred them
Your full history, not just what you hold today

Pick your import method.

On 1inch Wallet

  1. Open the app and go to the receive screen.
  2. Copy the address for each network you hold assets on. One recovery phrase covers several, so there's usually more than one.
  3. You only ever need the public address. Kryptos never asks for a recovery phrase or private key.

On Kryptos

  1. Go to Kryptos.io and sign up with your Google account.
  2. From the menu, click Integrations.
  3. Click Add Integration and search for 1inch.
  4. Click the 1inch icon, then choose Import using Address.
  5. Give the wallet a name, paste your address, and click Import Your Transactions.

Already trading through 1inch?

Then you're most of the way there. Trades made through 1inch are recognised from the wallet you made them with, so a trade you routed through 1inch from MetaMask or a hardware wallet arrives with that wallet's history. There's no second connection to set up.

Once your wallets are in, open Reports, pick what you need and download it. Kryptos applies the rules for the country you've set. The USA and UK guides cover how trades and staking income are treated in each.

Generating your report

Once your wallets are connected, open Reports from the menu, choose what you need and download it. Kryptos applies the rules for the country you've set.

One wallet, several networks

1inch Wallet is multi-network by design, so a single recovery phrase holds assets in a lot of places. Add the addresses once and Kryptos works out where there's activity, rather than making you repeat yourself for each network.

Trades you made anywhere

You don't need a separate 1inch connection to capture 1inch trades. If you traded through 1inch from a wallet you've already added, it comes through with that wallet's history, including the fee-free Fusion orders that most tools miss.

Rewards kept apart from your stake

Locking 1INCH earns rewards paid back in 1INCH. Those come in as income with their own value on the day, separate from the tokens you locked up.

Audit-ready, automatically.

Once your wallets and exchanges are connected, generating a tax report takes a single click. Open Reports from the menu, choose your jurisdiction, and download.

Trades count as disposals

Swapping one token for another is a disposal in most countries. The gain or loss is the difference between what the token you gave up cost you and what it was worth when you traded it. That holds whether it was a standard trade or a Fusion order.

Fusion orders still get captured

With a Fusion order, someone else submits the trade on the network and pays the fee, so your wallet isn't the sender. Tools that look for trades by asking what an address sent miss these completely. Kryptos matches them back to you. There's also no network fee of yours to add to the cost, unlike a standard trade.

Cross-network trades are still trades

1inch can move you between networks in one go. That's a sale on one side and a purchase on the other, not you moving your own money between wallets, and it gets treated that way.

Leaving a lock early costs you

1INCH locks run from a month to two years, and you can only exit in full. Leave early and you forfeit part of what you locked, up to 90% at the shortest lock. That loss is its own event, separate from any trade.

Read-only by design.

  • Kryptos only ever needs your public wallet address
  • A public address is read-only. It can't move or spend anything
  • We never ask for your recovery phrase or private key
  • Remove a wallet whenever you like, and its data goes with it

If something doesn't sync.

Balances look right but trades are missing

Your wallet holds assets on several networks from one recovery phrase. If you added one address, add the others the app shows you. Each network syncs on its own.

The same token shows up twice

1INCH exists on more than one network. Two balances that look identical are two separate holdings, and both are yours.

The address won't go in

Copy the whole thing, with no spaces at either end, and check you've taken it from the right network.
