On Kryptos
- Log in to Kryptos.
- Go to Integrations.
- Click Add Integration, then search for and select BCB Group.
- Click the BCB Group icon and choose Upload CSV.
- Upload the file. Kryptos reads it and categorises the transactions for you.

Two companies, one confusing name
Before anything else: there are two entirely unrelated things people mean by this name, and a search will mix them up.
One is BCB Group, a British company providing payment accounts and settlement infrastructure to crypto businesses. Despite frequently being written as a bank, it is not one. It holds payment and electronic money permissions rather than a banking licence.
The other is an American community bank with a similar name, listed on a US stock market, which has nothing to do with crypto or with the first company at all.
Assuming you mean the first, the position is the same as for other infrastructure providers in this category. Its customers are exchanges, brokers and trading firms, not individuals. There is no personal account, no statement for you to download, and nothing of your own to import.
Where the name reaches you is through a business you dealt with. If a payment to or from an exchange carries it, that is the money leg of something already recorded on the exchange, and counting it separately would double the transaction. Do not record the money leg twice
If this name turned up on your bank or card statement next to a crypto purchase, it is the money side of that purchase rather than a second event. The crypto itself was recorded wherever you bought it. Counting both would double the transaction.
Businesses record both legs themselves
A company using it for settlement accounts for the currency movements and any crypto conversions in its own books.
