Queremos que estés contento con Kryptos. Si un plan pago no encaja, puedes pedir reembolso en 14 días, siempre que no hayas generado un informe fiscal en el plan.
1. Elegibilidad
Puedes pedir reembolso completo si todo lo siguiente es cierto:
- Llevas en el plan pago 14 días o menos.
- No has descargado un informe fiscal en el plan.
- No has usado funciones claramente vinculadas a un plan pago y que producen valor material.
Si algo no aplica, contáctanos igual.
2. La ventana de 14 días
La ventana empieza el día que arranca tu plan pago. Cuentan fines de semana y festivos. Si compraste el 1, tu último día es el 14.
3. Cómo pedirlo
Email a billing@kryptos.io desde la dirección de tu cuenta, con tu número de factura en el asunto. No necesitamos razón, pero el feedback se agradece.
4. Tiempos de tramitación
Revisamos cada reembolso en 5 días hábiles. Los aprobados vuelven al método de pago original. Tarjetas: 5-10 días hábiles según banco; cripto (BTC/ETH/USDC): en menos de 24h tras aprobación.
5. Excepciones
Los planes Enterprise (contratos a medida) se rigen por las cláusulas de reembolso y rescisión del contrato, no por esta política.
El uso más allá de 14 días puede aún calificar para reembolso prorrata en circunstancias limitadas (p. ej. un bug crítico no resuelto que impidió tu uso). Caso por caso.
6. Bajadas de plan
Si no quieres reembolso sino bajar de plan, hazlo desde ajustes en cualquier momento. Efectivo en la próxima renovación; mantienes acceso al plan superior hasta entonces.
7. Freemium package
The Freemium package is offered at no cost. As it is complimentary, refunds are not applicable.
8. Personalized service
If you purchase a personalized service, the scope will be limited to the agreed-upon hours of consultation support. Any additional services outside of this scope may be subject to additional charges. Personalized service fees, once consultation has been delivered, are not refundable.
9. User data responsibility
Kryptos provides a software tool to assist with crypto tax reporting. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the software. You must review and, if necessary, correct your data. While our software is designed to facilitate tax reporting, we do not offer personalized tax services unless explicitly stated.
10. Cancellation and data retention
To cancel and request a refund, contact our support team at billing@kryptos.io. We retain user data for 60 days post-cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted. Back up essential data before initiating a cancellation.
11. Additional fees for new integrations
Implementing new integrations or features may be subject to additional fees. You will be informed of any additional costs upfront. Refunds will not be issued on custom integration requests.
12. Changes to this policy
Kryptos may modify this policy from time to time. Changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date above. For significant revisions, we may notify users through alternate communication, such as email.
13. Disclaimer
Kryptos provides a software tool designed to facilitate crypto tax reporting. While we strive to offer accurate and reliable tools, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of any information available through our software or the results obtained from using it. The software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of your data. Kryptos shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the software's calculations or reports, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. This includes any financial losses or penalties incurred due to incorrect or incomplete tax reports.
Kryptos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Kryptos has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our software.
You are encouraged to consult with a tax professional or legal advisor for specific guidance regarding your situation.
