Zen is a European payments company offering multi-currency accounts and cards to individuals and businesses. It is not a crypto exchange and nothing on its site describes buying or holding crypto.
It is worth separating from something else entirely: Horizen's token, which also goes by ZEN. That is a cryptocurrency and has nothing to do with this company.
If you used a Zen account to fund a crypto purchase, the account is the money side and the crypto is recorded elsewhere.

- Log in to Kryptos.
- Go to Integrations.
- Click Add Integration, then search for and select Zen.
- Click the Zen icon and choose Upload CSV.
- Upload the file. Kryptos reads it and categorises the transactions for you.

- Funding an exchange from a payments account is not a taxable event.

A payments company and a cryptocurrency with the same name
The first thing to settle is which one you are looking for, because two unrelated things go by this name and only one is a payments company.
Zen, the company, is a European electronic money institution. It gives individuals and businesses multi-currency accounts, cards and payment acceptance. It is regulated as a payments firm rather than a crypto business, and nothing on its site describes buying, selling or holding cryptocurrency.
ZEN, the token, belongs to Horizen, a privacy-focused blockchain project. It is a cryptocurrency with a price and a market and nothing whatsoever to do with the company above.
If you hold the token, none of this page applies to you. If you have the account, the position is straightforward: it is a place ordinary money lives. Sending money from it to a crypto exchange is not a taxable event, because nothing was acquired or disposed of by moving your own cash.

Moving your own money into an account acquires and disposes of nothing. The taxable event, if any, comes when you buy.
This is not the Horizen token
A holding in a cryptocurrency called ZEN is an entirely different thing from an account with this company, and mixing them would produce nonsense.
Ordinary currency spending is not reportable here
Card payments in pounds or euros are not crypto disposals.
