PayDo is a payments company offering multi-currency accounts, cards and merchant services to individuals and businesses. It is not a crypto exchange.
Its own materials list crypto only as one of the industries its business customers work in. There is no documented product for buying or holding crypto in a personal account.
So if you funded a crypto purchase from a PayDo account, the account is the money side and the crypto sits elsewhere.
What you get out of the box
Elige tu método de importación.
Where your records really are
- Import the exchange or service you funded. That holds the crypto side of the transaction.
- Use your PayDo statement as evidence of the transfer.
On Kryptos
- Log in to Kryptos.
- Go to Integrations.
- Click Add Integration, then search for and select PayDo.
- Click the PayDo icon and choose Upload CSV.
- Upload the file. Kryptos reads it and categorises the transactions for you.
Good to know
- There is no documented crypto product for personal accounts.
- Moving your own money into an exchange is not a taxable event.
- The account may be unavailable in some places, so access can vary by where you are.
What a payments account contributes to a crypto return
Accounts like this one hold ordinary money. They are useful for a crypto tax return in exactly one way, and it is worth understanding what that way is.
Moving money from your bank into a payments account, or from that account to an exchange, is not a taxable event. You have not acquired or disposed of anything; your own cash changed location. Nothing about it belongs in a crypto report as a transaction.
What the account does provide is evidence. Its statements record what you sent, to whom and when. That matters more than it sounds, because the most common gap in a crypto record is a purchase with no cost attached: coins that appeared in a wallet with nothing explaining what was paid for them.
A statement showing money leaving your account on the same date closes that gap. It establishes the amount, which is what the coins cost you, and it does so independently of whatever records the crypto platform kept.
So keep the statements, use them where an exchange's own record is thin, and do not import the transfers as though they were trades. For how cost basis works where you file, see the USA crypto tax guide or the UK crypto tax guide.

Evidencing a transfer to an exchange
The statement records what you sent and when, which supports the deposit at the other end.
Explaining a charge on a statement
A payment leaving the account pairs with a deposit or purchase recorded on a crypto platform.
Keeping ordinary spending out of a crypto report
Card payments in ordinary currencies are not crypto events.
Listo para auditoría, automáticamente.
Una vez conectadas tus wallets y exchanges, generar un reporte fiscal es cuestión de un clic. Abre Reportes desde el menú, elige tu jurisdicción y descarga.
Funding an exchange is not a disposal
Transferring your own money acquires and disposes of nothing. Any taxable event happens when you buy crypto with it.
The statement is useful evidence
Where an exchange's own record is thin, the amount and date on your statement establish what you sent.
Ordinary spending is not reportable here
Card purchases in ordinary currency have no place in a crypto report.
Solo lectura por diseño.
- A file upload is read-only. Nothing connects to your account
- Kryptos never asks for your password or login details
- Delete an import at any time and its data goes with it
- Keep the original file: it is your evidence if anyone asks later
Si algo no sincroniza.
No product for that is documented. It provides currency accounts, cards and merchant services.
Access can be restricted depending on where you are. That is a regional restriction rather than a closure.
Only as evidence of money you moved. The account holds ordinary currency.
