On BTCswe
- Go to the BTCswe Support page on their website.
- Fill out the form at the bottom of the Support page to request your transaction history.
- Wait for the transaction file to be sent to you via email. BTCswe typically provides the file within a few working hours.
- Log in to your BTCswe account to view your transaction history if needed.
Note: Since BTCswe acts as a dealer and does not hold crypto for its customers, you must manually add any crypto sent to or from other exchanges or wallets. This ensures all withdrawals and deposits are correctly matched as Transfers. For guidance, reach out to BTCswe support.
On Kryptos
- Sign up on Kryptos.io using your Google account.
- Go to Integrations, select BTCswe, and choose Upload CSV.
- Upload the downloaded files and click on Import Your Transactions.
