BTCswe is a cryptocurrency platform focused on providing easy access to buying and selling Bitcoin in Sweden. It offers a user-friendly experience with features tailored for Swedish users, including local payment options. With Kryptos, you can easily track your BTCswe portfolio in real-time and gain insights into your holdings. Simply connect your BTCswe account to Kryptos (see instructions below). Kryptos consolidates your transactions, provides a comprehensive view of your assets, and keeps your tax reporting ready in the background.
On Kryptos
- Go to Integrations, click Add Integration, and select Add Custom Wallet.
- Name and create your wallet, then click on the wallet icon.
- Select Import File, download the Kryptos Sample File, and fill it with your transaction data.
- Upload the completed file and click Import Transactions to sync.
On BTCswe
- Go to the BTCswe Support page on their website.
- Fill out the form at the bottom of the Support page to request your transaction history.
- Wait for the transaction file to be sent to you via email. BTCswe typically provides the file within a few working hours.
- Log in to your BTCswe account to view your transaction history if needed.
Note: Since BTCswe acts as a dealer and does not hold crypto for its customers, you must manually add any crypto sent to or from other exchanges or wallets. This ensures all withdrawals and deposits are correctly matched as Transfers. For guidance, reach out to BTCswe support.
On Kryptos
- Sign up on Kryptos.io using your Google account.
- Go to Integrations, select BTCswe, and choose Upload CSV.
- Upload the downloaded files and click on Import Your Transactions.

- Go to Reports from the main menu.
- Scroll down and you’ll see the “Reports” section.
- Choose your desired report and click on the Complete icon to download the report.
How are BTCswe Transactions Taxed?
- Income Tax: If you earn rewards from staking, lending, or receive crypto payments, you may need to pay income tax.
- Capital Gains Tax: Profits from selling or disposing of crypto assets, such as Bitcoin or Ethereum, are typically subject to capital gains tax.
Kryptos automatically calculates these taxes based on your BTCswe transaction data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
